You hear what it will cost and how long it should take before anything is scheduled. Nothing starts until you say yes.
We show up in the window we gave you, work through the list, and clean up before we leave.
Bring the whole list. One visit for five small jobs costs less than five visits for one, so add everything you've been putting off.
Neighborhoods like Heritage Hill, Eastown, Creston and Alger Heights are full of homes built before 1950. Plaster walls, out-of-square door frames and trim you can't buy anymore are normal there, and they need a different approach than a newer house. In Heritage Hill and the city's other historic districts, some exterior changes also need approval from the city before work starts, and we'll flag that when it applies.
Out in Wyoming, Kentwood, Walker and Grandville, the houses are newer but the list looks familiar: drywall cracks, doors that drag, and decks and fences worn down by years of freeze and thaw. Whatever the age of the house, the job starts the same way, by looking at what's actually wrong before fixing it.
Holes, cracks, water damage and old patches repaired, textured and primed for paint.

Probably not. One-item jobs are welcome. If you have a few small things, put them all on one visit.
Text photos of the job to (616) 612-2640 with a short description and your address. Most small jobs can be priced from photos.
Only minor repairs like a running toilet or a dripping faucet. Anything that needs a licensed electrician or plumber, we will tell you up front instead of taking it on.
We bring the tools, fasteners and common supplies. For things like a specific door, light fixture or shelf, you can buy it yourself or we can pick it up and add it to the quote.
Yes. Rental turnover lists and home inspection repair lists are a good fit. Send the list and we will quote it all at once.
